Hi,

My world today is busy. Since coming here, my body is still not adjusted. Getting injuries here like blisters and muscle pain here and there. So do pray for my body that it can quickly adjust to this climate and have a healthy body again.

Woke early today. Cause class is early like 830am class. Thank God that i didn't miss the bus. When to school. After class went to convocation. Today sermon and worship is funny. Loving it over and over. But also not forgetting God too. All is great.

Then went to more classes till 4pm. Hang around school. Then went to the sports center. And it was super pack with people there. And is just crazy. Well i manage to play basketball, 4vs4 and 5vs5 a lot. Learn a new basketball game. Which is knockout. There is two balls and you have to try to shoot in the basket or score to knockout him. It is quite fun.

Other then that, I'm super tried. Going to sleep in seconds. So nighty night

Hey,

Nothing much today. Cause is school day. Two class today only, GNED and BIBL class. the this two class care good class. My GNED class that got which, ends up being better. The teacher is suppose to be a very good teach and he knows a lot too. My bible teacher also is good too, he is awesome. He is the first teacher that manage to organize the whole bible. I really mean it that he is really good. I like his name too. His name is Mr. Donald Love, Mr. Love. Cool man. hehe

After classes. I went to Best Buy. And just see the prices here are cheap but after converting it to Malaysia Riggit. Still cheaper to buy. But i guess God, stop me, cause it is not a need. Well, i might just save up money and buy it later. So which means i have to work. Thinking about it. Will work soon.

Went around shopping around. Today is tiring day. Tomorrow is even more work and more classes. So i have sleep early, finish my homework. So till then nighty night. Oh tomorrow is convocation. I just like going to campus church. Cause it almost as same as out church in Subang. Just that i don't do any background work. hehe. But it feels like it. hehe. Looking forward to the weekend. Upside Season...

Hey,

Today is a tiring day. Woke up early and knew that I'm going to be very tired. I don't know why. I think my body is adjusting or I'm just sleepy. But i thank God that i didn't sleep at all of my classes. YEA...

Oh today i also got quite angry cause the faculty change my classes for no reason. So my schedule is all change. But no much different in it. Just the time. But one class they change which is my GNED and English class. Man, Why!!!? So i went around the office talking to people and so on. They told me their story and why they change my class. Well i was fine with it in the end.

Oh i forgot to add-in this. Today also is our campus church which is called convocation. Where every student must attend. Is really cool. Seeing 11,000 plus students. The service is a bit short like 1 hour. But is awesome. The worship part is cool also, they just play 2 songs. The songs are also very very meaningful. The songs i never heard them before but it really touches the my heart =) Their worship band is so simple. One keyboard, one guitar, one bass, one drum, one violin and 4 singers. Also this. Anyway, this is Dr, Elmer Towns. He is the co-founder of Liberty University. Jerry Falwell died 1 years ago, i think. So he is in charge, i guess. If not is Jerry Falwell son. hehe. He peach about vision/goal. It was fast and easy and straight to the point.

So that was convocation for you. Is every Monday/Wednesday/Friday. So there is a lot =)

Oh i wanted to talk about America being a upside-down world. First, they have to make their dates by putting the month then day then year, which is dump. You can only put day/month/year went we do our assignments, other than that you must do that format.
Another thing, hand-phones here are cheap but the plan is stupid. Okay, the perpaid plan, you can choose two types which is pay by pay or pay by minute.
Pay by day they charge you everyday without or with using the phone. So if you don't make calls everyday, this plan is not for you cause they will charge you by the day. Which cost 1 dollar.
pay by minute which is you pay went you only use it. Like make calls or sms. The dumb part is that the perpaid you put in. So if you put in 10 dollars they charge you 23cents per minute for sms and calls, if you put in 100 dollars the rate will be 10cents per minute for sms and calls. DUMB RIGHT!!!the super dumb part is the person you calling also get charge. Like you make a call for 2 minutes which makes 46cents, the 46cents will also be charge to the person i called. CRAZY STUPID SERVICE MAN!!!!
Next thing is driving in the left hand side. Is dumb. I know few countries also do it but is dumb. Well i don't know what to say for this. But i still like America. =)

That Not Good Enough...

Hi,

My day today is a relax day. Not many classes. Just two in the late afternoon. Is Bible and English. Bible class is awesome. Cause the teacher way of teaching is amazing. He organize the whole new testament such a way that is so easy to see the time line and letters written and so on. Also my English teacher, he is a cool guy, easy-going. So today was quite relax.

In my morning, i went to school early to do my class homework and did my email in the computer lab. And just to hang around school and friends. All my friends here are busy people. I only get to see them in lunch and dinner and special meetings.

Nothing much today i did. So no pictures. Tomorrow is a big day a lot of things to do. So will be sleeping early and waking up early too. Till then nighty night.

Light Way Around Classes

Hey,

School day. Everyone is back already from holidays and freshmen and so on. The school today was roaming with people. Crazy. Whole lot of people all show up today at school. Don't know where they come from but all back. Crap, i forgot to take picture of the line to get food at the dining hall. The line is super super long. And everyone have to wait in the cold weather. Crazy man.

Anyway, the i went to school at 730am. To do some printing and so on. Then rush off to my first class in Kinesiology. Is a fun class. All my class today, the first day, is all introduction. Is to get to know everyone names and background. Is cool. but my next class in kinesiology is a fun class, i get to play basketball. hehe

Then next class is fitness class. Next is GNED i not sure of the meaning of it, have to check it but the class is about seeing the two views of World and Christian, is a good class cause the teacher is funny and his experience is good. After that was my math class. Yea, have to take it again cause it is a general subject. So everyone needs to take it and also English class too. Later, is my last class it Evangelism class. Is a happening class. Cause so my people attend this. Apparently the teacher is one of the best teacher cause he can bring some one to Christ or to believe in Christ in 1 hour. The class was like 2 hours and is awesome. The teaching and views he gives are just amazing and awesome to listen and see about it. I should invite him to talk in our church. hehe. Free drive home if i do that. hehe

In the night, i went to the basketball game. Man, today was pack to with people. Everyone there and crowd going wild and over our team and all. Here are some pictures again...

Well, i have to live life now. Take on the responsibility that college life except out of me. So i have to work at it and give it my best. At the beginning of doing this. Getting the right school, reaching here, finding what i need, getting classes, and finding good friends is really all God's doing. Here everyday, i don't feel so lone. Cause i got spiritual parents and brother and sister in Christ here. Loving every piece of my day. Like i say living for God a day at a time.

Tomorrow i have few class, in fact only two classes. Bible and English. Also another note or to keep me in prayer is that I'm going to try out for the school team, basketball and athletics. Just trying out. If i make it, will be getting a whole lot of scholarship. Another pray that i can find resources to help me get more scholarship money. Also to continue my walk with Jesus. Yea, just keep me in your prayers. Love you guys, missing you all a lot, missing going for supper, hanging around church late. So till tomorrow news. nighty night

Hey,

Today is a total rest day. Got up at around 9am. Chill around. Hang out with new friends. We went to down town today. And is really great.

First we went to lunch at school. Then went to Walmart for a while for other people to get their stuff. I was just looking for phones there. And the phones here are quite cheap like 20 dollars for a phone and a line. Pre paid of course. But we didn't just stop there.

Later we went to best buy and other shoe shops. Man I'm going to buy myself RA3. Is just for 60 dollars. i got myself a phone too now. So you guys want to call me on my new hand phone is 434-582-0728. I think you might need to add the internationals calls and so on. Will call you guys up went i got the free time. hehe

Sorry, God. i didn't attend church today. and many of us too. We were so caught up with shopping and stuff that we forgot to attend church. But there is so many service going on that we just forgot about it. Anyway, next week we will attend church cause i heard that the school church is simply amazing and the students and teachers say that everyday thousands of people get save and also get heal and all. So i must see this. So next week you will get the pictures of the church. Today i just hang out and have a time to relax a bit.

Another time i will take picture of myself. Now is still winter here but is not as bad. Is just colder than Genting. hehe Anyway, i got class tomorrow at 850am. So catch me another time. nighty night

Fine Print

Hey,

Today is even longer than any other day i have. And it was quite suck too. I hate being late to events or anything that requires time in it. Today there was a computer assessment test for all freshmen. Which is okay at first than it has to turn ugly.

So all of us are required to wake up early for the test which is 745am must be there at the main campus. So i got up very early to get ready and all. First ugly thing was that many of us can't eat breakfast at our inn cause the cook told us that we can't for some reason. So some of us end up waiting for the bus. Thank God that i ate a bit of stuff at my room.

The second problem is that the bus come late. Like really late. The earliest bus was suppose to be like 650am. But it didn't come. the next bus is like 720am, also didn't come. it come at 740am. And the journey to school is about 10 minutes. So all of us international students went there late for the test. But i thank God again, cause the test gives were understandable why we were late. So we manage to sit for the test.

The test is to test us on how to use Microsoft office stuff. And it was Microsoft office 2007 which i know a bit. But the test is so so so so so hard. Really hard. Nearly whole class fail. i know a few pass like a hand full. Which is crazy. Thank God there is a retake for all of us.

After that we have to rush off to another seminar. Another orientation for internationals. And it took 7 hours to finish. crazy. from 630am i wake up to 430pm in the day was just plain crazy. And it is a Saturday. Where we are to rest but no no no. Everyone was like falling a sleep. I tried my best to stay awake the whole day. crazy. The orientation was about health insurance and what is this and that, the means and so on.

Then at night our dinner, we went to celebrate a friends birthday. Is one of our ambassador, so we went to a place that is all-you-can-eat-pizza for just 5bucks. Here are the pictures...

Later we went to our school basketball game. Which is really cool. My school join the NCAA division 1 which is the highest rank. But our school not bad. You can't compare it to Duke or UCLA or top rank basketball teams. Ours is like not top 10 maybe around 12 or 15. So here are some of the pictures i took...

Hello,

Friday is another day which I'm as busy as ever. i think the school people are trying to cramp whole lot of information into our head(freshmen). So today i had to go for seminars after seminars. Thank God that the seminars here ain't that boring and it was quite fun.

In the morning i rush down to the computer lab here. And yes i remember to take picture of the computer lab. So here you go...

This is the computer lab. There are whole lot of networking here. There are quiet rooms for people that want to use the computer in peace. And there is this room, where you can make quite a lot of noise and just have fun here.
Here is the where, pc and mac that we can use. So mac uses also can help fun using the computer lab. There are more macs around. All the PCs here are from dell. And the school sells Dell stuff for quite cheap also for students. =) The internet here is crazily fast and the systems is super fast. Enjoying it to the max.
This is the help desk. Where you can go ask questions and use stuff like stapling, laminating, and so on. At the far end of the picture is a small cafe. To get drinks and food.
This last thing is the printing station. Where we can print our stuff by wireless and can print either black and white or color. Cool.

The only down side about using their internet. Is that nearly everything is being monitor. The internet i surf, what i download and so on. I still can download stuff. But it must not be like bad movies that are like R-rated or higher than PG-13. So basically i can't download must shows here. Except gossip girl. Music there are fine with that.

After that, i had to rush of to my seminar on freshmen. Is the last day for freshmen seminar. So they made us do quite a lot of stuff. Run around school to find this and that. Do quiz and so on. Oh before the this freshmen seminar i had to go to another seminar which is the elective for the freshmen seminar.

This elective seminar i enjoy the most. It speak quite a lot in me. Cut things short. It was fun and all.

Later i hang out around school. Went to places around school to get use to the school. Then tonight we have something important to go. Which is international dinner. I didn't take any pictures cause the dinner was quite yucks and not enjoyable. But i took picture of the place i ate. and the place i ate is the main campus. Which is really cool. Cause the building they say is built to the same spec to the Noah's ark. Which i think is quite true. Cause is so huge and big. I didn't take the whole structure of the place. I took only the front part of the building. So here there are...

After that, we all went to sports center to watch a movie. Yea, the school was organizing a movie night that day. They were showing this show called "Vantage Point" i can't remember who acted but i only know one, Matthew Fox. Didn't really watch the show cause half way i distract myself to play basketball.

Came home all bush out. Just can lie at my bed and just sleep. So tiring. But God is good. Tomorrow is even more longer day for me. So till then nighty night. I try to upload pictures of myself. But is so boring cause everyone is wearing long pants and long shirt and jacket. Oh well.
