Facing Giants of Origami

Hey,

Monday. Classes are usual. Not hard neither easy. Being on top with the school work is good. Pretty much handling the classes well. Hoping to score well this semester around the 3.5 and above range. So pray for me on that.

After classes, i finally get to join my friend's team for intermurals. The first game i played was tough. The team is the best in the league and won for over 2 years straight.

This is my first time playing basketball in a college level league. Playing for highschool was awesome. Well i have to work to gain my status here which would be tough.

The team that i'm playing with are people that don't really know me. So my first game with them was not nice. Well they don't know me well to know that i'm a good player. I have to work on that too to gain their trust that i can make the shot.

Once the game was finish. We lost. But i enjoyed myself playing. i score a career low for me. Like 8 points, 4 assist and 2 rebounds. Hate seeing this type of stats.

I wish it was highschool all over again like 35 points, 14 assist and 10 rebounds.

Looks like i have to work on my game here again.

Later i have to go for leaders meeting to have Bible study and to know what is going on. Man, the system here for spiritual leaders is simply amazing how they run things. Awesome.

Now i would like to get some rest. Tomorrow would be long study day for me. Till then nighty night.

The Mind to Explore

Hi,

Sunday. It is just a plain day. Nothing exciting happening today. Mostly doing homework and handling the necessary chords.

I'm being to like online church. It's great. Today i learn about Romans 5 that we are already successful with God. Powerful message. Online church seems to miss one thing which is the ambients or environment.

Online church just cannot beat going to church. Because it is said in the Bible.

Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. - Matthew 18:19-20

Well if people join me to watch the online service together then that verse would apply well. But with people watching the service together with me online does not have a greater experience than actually being there.

that's is my view on that topic. In the end, i would prefer people and myself to attend church. It just simply different experience and feeling and sense.

Other that watching/attending online church and studying my day has been filled with zero excitement. I'll be continuing to study and later sleep. Till then nighty night.

My day had been pretty alright. Went to bed super late. Well simple because been playing some games. All fun and joy.

I studied a little in the afternoon then went out to have more fun.

Anyway, tomorrow is one step closer to school day. Alright i want to get some study and sleep till then nighty night.

Friday was good. i just sleep-in. It's a good thing that the school had a day off. The snow storm was quite bad. It was like big pile of snows filling up. The city of Lynchburg is not prepare for such a crazy weather like today. They only have equipment that are for small crazy weather.

Anyway, me and some friends just enjoy some hot milo (i made for them and they love it). And sing some Christmas carols.

Later at night, we played some xbox 360. Played borderlands. The game is pretty alright but can't compare to modern warfare 2.

Alright i think i want to get down some knowledge and then sleep. So till then night night.

Mileage of Fun

Hey,

Thursday. It was eventful day. Class today was quite fast. The test i had it was quite alright. Not to hard or easy. I think i did fine.

I was feeling very tired. I didn't had a good night sleep. So after class i just came back and went to bed.

Later in the day around 2pm. I went to school to meet up with Spiritual Leader (SLD). The meet up was us to get to know each other more in personal level and help each other be better Christ-followers.

The time we had together was really spiritually and heartfelt.

I really like about how this school run things on the spiritual level. Such powerful work. Hope i can impart some this thing i learn here spiritually.

Anyway at evening, i went to see my friend team play basketball in the inter-mural. Hope i will be joining their team. After the game, some of us went play some pool.

Many of us are excited about tomorrow. Or i should say the whole school. Because tomorrow there is bad weather coming to the school. Super snow storm. Big storm. Hope to catch it on camera.

Alright, i'm going to take a snooze. So see the next post tomorrow till then nighty night. No school tomorrow. Yea...

Full Rotation of the Shot

Wednesday. It's quite a day. There was a huge delay that make the school started at 11am. The reason for the delay was the snow storm hit yesterday. Everyone in my dorm was going crazy. Stay up a little later. Watch some movies. And having extra snooze time.

Classes for me were like usual. Reading has become so part of me. Everyday i had to force myself to read the many many books i have. At least a chapter a day.

Today was my first time attending leaders meeting. It was amazing how they teach the leaders here. Very organize. And just spirit filled.

Anyway, i have to study. I got a huge exam tomorrow. Music class. I know it may sound easy but it is not. Either that super hard. Do pray for me that the exam would be easy and what i learn would be recall in my memory. Alright, i better make a move till then nighty night.

Hi,

Tuesday was filled with goodness. The reason was that i had a easy quiz. The answers were really obvious.

Anyway, i got back home. Rest a little. Had a good lunch. Rest a bit more. Head to the gym for 2 hour workout. I had a good sweat workout. I really needed it. Because before going to workout, i was feeling a little bit lousy or sick. So i make sure i have a good cardio workout. =)

Beside school and workout. Tonight there was prayer meeting. My second time leading the group. It was a slightly nerve racking. Just scare. I did a quick prayer to relieve myself.

My topic today was about prayer anyway. I hope they get the message and look in prayer.

I have been think about starting a new level of prayer meeting. Where worship and prayer is combine a turn into intercession. A full blown prayer life style. Pray for everything and anything. Pray for others and own-self. Prayer filled with speaking in tongues and never-ending worship.

The time has change. We are living in the time where revival in the hearts of men are being turn back to God. People in this time now are searching for meaning. We Christians should be there ready to give them truth.

Please do pray. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 - "Never stop praying". We should live a prayer life-style.

I would share more of this in my devotion blog which i need to start up again. I just have been so busy with school. I guess i need to do time management in new level.

Anyway, i have to do some prayer time. And later maybe sleep. Oh it snow again here and school has been delay to 11am. Oh yea!! Okay so catch me on the next post till then nighty night.

Sunday Night Lights

Hey,

Monday. It is super cold here. Crazy weather. Test are coming up for me in my classes. So do pray for me in that part. My day has been good. Classes are just filled with reading and more reading.

Besides from school. I think God is doing something with me. I just know it. God is like laying down the food on the table and letting me eat anything. Me being a prayer leader (cell leader) is just growing in me. Learning the ropes of how to lead the group. This school that i'm in is simple amazing how they help their leaders. They provide a book to read for leadership, attend leadership meetings, and other meetings. All that to make sure i get the best mentoring for the best.

I can sense God is leading me or joining a new path in my current path to help me grow to the next level of this love-relationship i have with Him.

Other about myself is that i miss home much. I miss the food. i have been craving for maggi mee goreng. Also i miss church back home.

That's my day today. I'm pretty beat out. Tired. Going to study a little bit more. Tomorrow might have a chance of snow again. Cold. Anyway, catch me on the next post till then nighty night.
